I am referring to an incident today (7/1) in woodland, CA where a gang of it looks like five or six proud boys attempted to forcibly enter a venue putting on an all ages drag bar. The cops hired to provide security just turned and did a little dipshit trot away.
These people are on the same side. We must have one another’s backs. How long before these freaks start bringing ARs? If the cops won’t protect children in an elementary school, they’re certainly not going to help a pack of queers.
This is like finding a stray journal page in a ruined city that talks of some grand festival and the date of the entry is the day before the city was destroyed
So I know amnesty isn’t as popular as balance but you can’t beat those moments that come at the end of every episode whem you hear the familiar twang of the theme music start to kick in, the scene is coming to a climax then suddenly the dialogue stops, there’s a lull in the music, someone says a badass one-liner and you’re like “ohhhhh yeah” and that sick ass country beat drops back in and you’re like “oh fuck yeah” and you can’t not jam to it because that shit slaps and this arc is so much fun
